Blind Draws Guidelines:

No blind draws will be utilized during the round set up process. When playing a team event, if the number of players signed up for that event is not equally divisible by the number of players per team, then players will be eliminated by the number required to make full teams. The players to be eliminated will be based on the last players to sign up for that event as noted in Golf Genius under “Registration Time”. Those players eliminated may be called to notify them of their status, and if room exists, offered an opportunity to play and be a part of the Closest to the Pin contest, but they will not participate in the “Game” for that day.

Blind draws may be utilized at the discretion of the Tournament Director for those situations when a player signed up does not show, however if a player begins play and then drops out because of injury or other personal circumstance there will be no blind draw provided. Since no-shows/withdraws cause major disruption it is expected that these will only occur in true emergencies, and the player will be charged for the event fee.

Where a blind draw is used, the person selected to be a blind draw can win as a member of his original team, and as a member of the team where he is a blind draw.
